We take the damaged area apart and send the full repair plan to your insurer before work starts.
We order the parts the repair procedures call for.
Structure is measured and repaired first, then panels are repaired or replaced, refinished and blended.
Cameras and driver-assist sensors are recalibrated when the repair calls for it, and every vehicle is inspected before we call you.
We walk you through what was done and hand you your limited lifetime warranty.
You choose where your car is repaired. In Illinois, your insurance company can recommend a shop, but the decision is yours. We work with every insurance carrier and have DRP partnerships with major insurers.
We document what the repair needs and push back when an insurer short-pays. If something isn't covered, we tell you before the work is done.
